VACANCY: Yes 4 Youth Learnership – P&G Jozi Park (X6)
Job Purpose:
We are seeking diligent individuals who are willing to take on new responsibilities and grow the necessary experience to pursue future endeavors. The successful candidate will possess an adaptable mindset to acquire workplace knowledge and experience.
The role involves fulfilling all allocated loading and offloading tasks as per delivery procedures, carrying out instructions from the Team Leader and Managers, and accurately completing all delivery instructions and tasks. You will be expected to maintain the integrity of the company at all times.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Learn and adhere to a clear understanding of the clients’ requirements.
· Build the knowledge and experience to ensure the correct use of equipment and report any defects timeously.
· Report and record any non-conformity with regards to customer merchandise.
· Work within operating areas as determined by management and the needs of the business.
· Adapt to following operating procedures and safe working practices when carrying out duties.
· Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
· Adhere to Health & Safety standards and rules.
· Contribute to a productive working environment.
· Participate in stock counts.
· Complete tasks timeously.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
· Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
· BBB-EE candidate.
· South African Citizens only.
· Unemployed youth from age 18 – 29 years.
· A valid driver’s license, minimum code 08 – Desirable.
· A valid Forklift/Reach truck license – Desirable.
· CV, Certified ID Copy & Certified copy of Matric Certificate.
Languages:
· English (verbal and written).
