· Bill of Materials (BOMs): Accurately process BOMs for device builds, ensuring that the production team has the correct components to assemble smart cash management devices.
· Data Integrity: Ensure that every item entering or leaving the warehouse is captured correctly in the inventory management system in real-time.
- Physical Inventory & Warehousing
· End-to-End Stock Handling: Manage all physical aspects of stock, including ordering, receiving, matching delivery documentation, packing, loading, offloading, and issuing.
· Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies immediately.
· Consumable Management: Identify and track consumable requirements to prevent operational delays.
- Compliance, Auditing & Reporting
· Audit Support: Work closely with internal and external auditors during stock audits, providing accurate records and transparency.
· Dashboard Reporting: Update the daily “Out of Stocks” dashboard to keep management informed of inventory levels and potential shortages.
· Legislative Compliance: Ensure all warehousing, handling, and shipping activities adhere to relevant legislation and ISO standards.
- Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
· Process Improvement: Review standard operating procedures regularly and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and accuracy.
· Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in line with company housekeeping standards.
· Cross-Departmental Support: Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks and liaise with various internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
Working Relationships
To be effective in this role, you must be a collaborative team player. You will interact regularly with:
· Internal Departments: Procurement, Production, Inception, Dispatch, Operations (OPS), Finance, and International Teams.
· Audit Teams: Provide support and documentation during internal and external audit cycles.
