About the Role
Clover is looking for a dedicated Merchandiser to join its Commercial team in Queensburgh. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a retail environment, maintaining product displays, managing stock, and delivering excellent service to both customers and store management.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock availability and place timely replenishment orders.
- Keep shelves fully stocked, clean, and attractively displayed.
- Reduce product returns by following proper stock control procedures.
- Maintain refrigerators and merchandising equipment according to company standards.
- Ensure pricing labels and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
- Follow approved shelf layouts and merchandising guidelines.
- Complete required administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store management and colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and in-store presentation.
