Key Responsibilities
As a General Worker, you will contribute to the manufacturing and production process while ensuring that products are prepared according to the required specifications.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the manufacture of TCIA products in line with specified production requirements and filling rates.
- Assisting with the blending, assembly and packaging of TCIA and Floater products.
- Handling raw materials during the production process and helping convert them into finished products.
- Producing tablets and/or powder blends according to approved product specifications and operational procedures.
- Preparing materials and products for the next stage of production or final dispatch.
- Assembling product containers and ensuring that packaging is completed correctly.
- Packing finished products into the appropriate packaging while maintaining required production standards.
- Checking that products and packaging are handled carefully and consistently throughout the production process.
- Reporting equipment problems, product abnormalities, production losses or unexpected gains to the Line Leader or relevant supervisor.
- Assisting with the preparation of completed products for dispatch.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and free from unnecessary hazards.
- Following company safety procedures and maintaining good housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
- Working responsibly with colleagues and production teams to support daily operational targets.
- Carrying out additional reasonable duties that may be assigned by management according to operational requirements.
