Overall Purpose of the Position
The General Worker will provide essential support to the Agriland store operations. You will be expected to follow instructions precisely, work effectively under pressure, and maintain clear communication with colleagues and management. Key Responsibilities
The duties of the General Worker are diverse and essential to the daily rhythm of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- General Housekeeping and Store Hygiene
Maintaining a clean and orderly store is a top priority. You will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring that all areas of the store, including back-of-house and storage spaces, meet SSK’s strict hygiene standards. A clean store not only looks professional but also ensures the safety of everyone on the premises. - Operational Actions and Manual Labour
As a General Worker, you will be involved in various physical tasks. This includes receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, stocking shelves, and arranging merchandise. Minimum Requirements
