About the Position
This role combines cleaning responsibilities with warehouse support duties to help maintain an organised, safe, and efficient workplace. The successful candidate will assist in keeping offices, workstations, and shared facilities clean while also supporting stock handling, receiving, replenishment, and order preparation activities.
The position requires someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, follows workplace procedures carefully, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will perform a variety of cleaning and operational duties, including the following:
Cleaning and Housekeeping
Daily responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment by:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors
- Dusting furniture, shelving, equipment, and workstations
- Cleaning offices, reception areas, boardrooms, and shared workspaces
- Emptying waste bins and disposing of rubbish correctly
- Cleaning windows, doors, and glass surfaces
- Maintaining kitchen areas in a clean and sanitary condition
- Washing cups, dishes, and kitchen utensils when necessary
- Refilling soap dispensers, paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitiser, and other consumable items
- Keeping restrooms clean, hygienic, and fully stocked throughout the working day
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
- Storing cleaning materials securely after use
- Reporting shortages of cleaning supplies before they run out
Warehouse Support
The role also includes assisting with warehouse operations to ensure stock is managed efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the receiving of incoming goods
- Checking delivered items according to company procedures
- Allocating stock to the correct warehouse storage locations
- Supporting replenishment activities to ensure picking locations remain fully stocked
- Reporting changes to storage locations so warehouse records remain accurate
- Helping maintain an organised warehouse environment
Picking and Order Preparation
The successful applicant will also assist with customer order fulfilment by:
- Picking customer and branch orders accurately and on time
- Following correct picking procedures to minimise stock damage
- Assisting with bulk order preparation when required
- Supporting inventory replenishment where necessary
- Completing assigned tasks according to operational deadlines
- Following instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Helping improve customer satisfaction through accurate order preparation
Inventory and Operational Support
Additional responsibilities include:
- Participating in stock counting activities
- Supporting inventory control processes
- Performing daily housekeeping throughout warehouse areas
- Carrying out product verification and double-checking procedures
- Helping reduce stock losses through careful handling of inventory
- Contributing towards achieving operational performance targets
- Reporting maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or workplace hazards promptly
