About the Role
Medirite Plus Atteridgeville is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Clerk to join the front shop team at our retail pharmacy. This role is essential in creating a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring all front shop customers are professionally attended to. You will be knowledgeable about our products, services, and promotions while working alongside pharmacy staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
· Greet customers upon entry and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies
· Advise customers on current front shop promotions
· Address concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Sales & Transactions
· Assist with exchanges and refunds严格按照 store policy
· Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
· Promote loyalty programs and assist with customer sign-ups
· Maintain knowledge of pricing, specials, and stock availability
Front Shop Operations
· Keep the front shop clean, organized, and visually appealing
· Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
· Assist with merchandising and product displays
Team Collaboration
· Work closely with pharmacy staff and management for seamless service
· Assist with training new employees on customer service protocols
· Communicate effectively regarding customer needs and operations
Minimum Requirements
Education
· Grade 12 qualification or equivalent (Essential)
Experience
· 1+ years previous experience in retail or customer service (Essential)
· Experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage
Skills & Attributes

· Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
· Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
