Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing stock and warehouse activities to support the smooth running of the business. Daily duties may include:
- Monitoring inventory levels and identifying stock requirements.
- Receiving incoming deliveries and checking goods against supporting documentation.
- Verifying delivery notes, invoices, and packing slips for accuracy.
- Reporting any shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
- Packing, unpacking, and storing stock safely and systematically.
- Ensuring all storerooms remain clean, organised, and compliant with company procedures.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating stock information.
- Recording obsolete, damaged, or redundant equipment.
- Managing customer premises equipment (CPE) returned from client locations.
- Coordinating collections and deliveries where required.
- Assisting the Stock Controller or Line Manager with additional operational duties.
- Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of stock control at all times.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or stock management experience will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Valid South African driver’s licence.
