Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels according to the assigned route schedule and trip sheet
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within the required timeframe
- Maintain professional customer service during deliveries
- Follow POD procedures correctly
- Handle delivery documentation accurately
Documentation and Compliance
- Submit completed trip sheets to the POD clerk
- Ensure all allocated documents are returned correctly
- Manage delivery records responsibly
- Follow RFC procedures according to company policy
Vehicle Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle
- Report vehicle problems immediately to the Dispatch Supervisor
- Ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy at all times
