About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Code 10 Driver to join our NTK Retail team in Mookgophong. In this role, you are the face of our company on the road. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our clients, maintaining high standards of stock control, and representing the VKB Group with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
· Safe Transport & Delivery: Operate a Code 10 vehicle to transport and deliver goods to customers along designated routes, strictly adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
· Stock Accuracy: Oversee the loading and offloading of all stock to ensure 100% accuracy, minimizing discrepancies and financial risk to the company.
· Incident Management: Promptly report all incidents, accidents, or potential hazards to management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Customer Service: Act as a brand ambassador by providing excellent service to clients during deliveries, fostering long-term relationships.
· Administrative Duties: Complete all job-related administrative paperwork accurately, including delivery logs and trip reports.
· Risk Minimization: Handle company assets (vehicle and stock) with care to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
Qualifications & Requirements (What you need)
· Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF4 equivalent.
· Licensing: Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence with a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) . (Please ensure these are ready for upload).
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of driving experience in a similar delivery or logistics role. Experience within the agricultural industry will be a distinct advantage.
· Skills:

· Ability to work effectively within a team.
· Personal resilience and the ability to handle pressure.
