Role Purpose
The Storekeeper will play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing automotive parts within the warehouse. This includes ensuring that all stock is correctly received, checked, stored, and issued according to company standards.
You will be responsible for maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Toyota operational guidelines, ensuring that all parts are handled with care and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Receiving & Storage
- Receive and unpack incoming parts deliveries
- Inspect all items to confirm they are in good condition
- Verify part numbers and labels before storage
- Allocate items to the correct bin locations accurately
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate binning and storage records
- Update bin locations based on Toyota standards
- Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks
- Ensure proper documentation is completed and submitted
Picking & Dispatching
- Pick parts according to computerized invoices
- Ensure all items are correct and undamaged before dispatch
- Hand over parts only to authorized personnel
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in order preparation
Warehouse Maintenance & Safety

- Follow all company safety and security policies
- Support stocktaking processes, including overtime when required
General Duties

Minimum Requirements
