About the Payroll Administrator Role

Payroll information must be checked carefully and reconciled before processing to help ensure an accurate payroll run.
Additional responsibilities will include preparing payroll documentation for management and audit purposes, submitting EFT payment batches for authorization, responding to employee wage queries and assisting with the consistent application of payroll procedures across different divisions.
The successful candidate will also process employee terminations and ensure that relevant UI19 and UIF documentation is completed and submitted within the required timeframes.
Monthly and Management Reporting

The position requires a high level of confidentiality when dealing with employee information. The successful applicant must follow applicable company policies, audit requirements and POPIA principles when handling personal and payroll information.
