Motus Aftermarket Parts is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Light Duty Driver to join the Hi-Performance Midas team in Vereeniging. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced driver who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring goods are transported safely and on time.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s licence with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- At least 3 years’ delivery driving experience
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Sober habits
- Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Load and transport customer orders safely and efficiently
- Deliver goods according to scheduled routes
- Obtain and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
- Report vehicle faults and delivery-related issues promptly
- Keep the company vehicle clean and roadworthy
- Ensure all delivery procedures and company policies are followed
