About the Opportunity
The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is inviting applications from unemployed South African graduates for its Graduate Internship Programme: Facilities and Security. This 24-month internship is designed to help graduates gain practical workplace experience and develop the skills needed for a successful career in the security and facilities management field.
The successful candidate will be based in Sunnyside, Pretoria.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Security Management
- Policing
- Correctional Services
- Forensic Investigation
Who Can Apply?
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be unemployed.
- Have completed a relevant qualification.
- Have no previous relevant work experience.
- Never have participated in a graduate internship programme before.
Key Responsibilities
The internship will provide graduates with practical workplace exposure related to facilities and security functions, allowing them to apply the knowledge gained during their studies while developing professional skills in a public sector environment.
Monthly Stipend
Successful interns will receive a monthly stipend of R12,000 for the duration of the 24-month programme.
