About the Role
The Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for company crew members and staff. The position involves travelling between airports, accommodation facilities, training centres, and other approved destinations while ensuring all trips are completed on time.
The successful candidate will also assist with occasional collections and deliveries whenever operational needs require additional support. Maintaining a professional attitude, following road safety regulations, and representing the company positively during every journey are essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Transport crew members and employees safely to designated locations.
- Ensure all scheduled trips are completed on time.
- Assist with operational collections and deliveries when required.
- Perform daily inspections of the assigned vehicle before use.
- Report mechanical faults or safety concerns immediately.
- Keep company vehicles clean, well-maintained, and presentable.
- Monitor servicing schedules and ensure vehicle documentation remains valid.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, trips, and related expenses.
- Submit required reports and supporting documentation within the required timeframes.
- Follow all company policies relating to health, safety, security, and road transport.
- Deliver friendly, respectful, and professional customer service during every interaction with staff and crew.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid Code B driver’s licence.
- A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- At least two years of professional driving experience.
- Previous experience transporting staff or crew will be beneficial.
- Good understanding of South African road traffic legislation.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Medical fitness to perform the duties of the position.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
