The successful candidate will contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring all financial and administrative processes related to vehicle servicing are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Costing
- Ensure all job cards are complete and accurate, including correct account details and vehicle information.
- Accurately cost all service and repair jobs within required timeframes.
- Verify that labour hours align with standard flat-rate guidelines.
- Include all relevant costs such as parts, oil, consumables, and outsourced work.
2. Workshop Performance Monitoring
- Track workshop efficiency and report updates to management.
- Assist in maintaining and updating technical databases for performance analysis.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure timely job completion and billing.
3. Customer Service Support
- Handle estimate requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in costing to reduce customer disputes.
- Support customer satisfaction through reliable and transparent service processes.
4. Administrative Duties
- Ensure all vehicles and job details are correctly recorded.
- Attach and verify all necessary documents such as repair orders, parts requisitions, and diagnostic reports.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all job cards and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and company policies.
Minimum Requirements
