Requirements
- A qualification in Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience; social media engagement is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
