Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate outstanding customer care skills by interacting and communicating effectively with customers.
- Maximize sales to meet store targets by actively promoting merchandise and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Handle stock according to set standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adhere to health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Perform all sales-related duties with accuracy and efficiency, including till operation skills.
- Embrace Pick n Pay values and contribute to a positive team environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or relevant tertiary qualification.
- 1 year or more of experience in clothing retail.
- Passion for retail and providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shopping mall hours.
- Assertive with effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for personal development.
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Customer-centric mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
